You’ll typically see a strong shortlist within 7–10 business days from kick-off. Timelines can vary based on the role and location, but we move with speed and focus.

What happens if we don’t hire anyone?
The retainer covers the upfront search and candidate outreach, so it’s non-refundable. Even if you don’t make a hire, you gain valuable market insights, messaging feedback, and candidate data that can inform future hiring decisions.
